Some of the staff members could use some improvement in their attitude towards guests.

Plus, the staff was friendly and attentive, helping us with our bags and showing us to our room. The location was perfect, just a few blocks away from the main plaza and different restaurants, making it easy to explore the area. And, the hotel even allowed us to leave our passports as a deposit so we could pay later, which was really convenient!

The hotel was a bit outdated, especially the bathroom, which had a leaking sink. , the air conditioning was quite loud and the noise from a nearby discotheque was a disturbance.
